Important - COVID-19 Information
Due to the current state of business as it relates to the global pandemic of COVID-19, restrictions are in place that prevent us from shipping outside of the US and Canada. Our system will attempt to prevent any of these orders from being processed. If an order is accepted inadvertently by our system, it will immediately be cancelled and you be advised as such.
All our products are shipped from our warehouse. The risk is transferred with the handover to the shipper. We are able to drop ship products to your customers. Please make a remark on your order and give us the customers address if you want us to drop ship. We will make sure that your end customer will not receive an invoice from us but a delivery slip only. We try to keep the shipment cost structure as simple as possible. With only few exceptions we keep a to all countries.
Free Ground Shipping
Intelligenthing offers free shipping on orders over $499 (pre-tax) in the . P.O Box addresses do not qualify for the free shipping offer. Heavyweight shipping charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. Shipping charges may also apply to select Direct Ship and Special Order items. To determine your shipping charges, simply add items to your cart and enter your zip code. If you have met the free shipping order minimum, the 'Ground' rate OR 'Super Saver' rate will display as 'Free'. Custom etch products take up to 7 days to process and ship - as a result these products are excluded from any Free Shipping offers. If you have items in your cart that are heavy or bulky, heavyweight shipping charges will be added and displayed. If you qualify for free shipping with multiple items in your cart, but one or more of them is heavy or bulky, heavyweight charges will only be added for those items only. All normal weight, non-bulky items will still receive free shipping.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
- Orders for in-stock items received by 5 pm Eastern (SUN-THU) are shipped the same business day
- Orders received after this time ship the following business day
Back-Ordered Items
- Your credit card will not be billed for back-ordered items until they ship
- If you choose, you may opt on the checkout page to have your entire order sent in one shipment when all purchased products become available
- Back-Ordered items ship out with our Super Saver Shipping option
Direct Ship and Special-Order Items
- Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse
- These items may not qualify for free shipping
- Product generally ships 7-30 business days after order is placed
- Orders may not be cancelled after placement
- Direct Ship items are not eligible for return.
- If the product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty Smarthome will direct you to the manufacturer for further information.
- Smarthome does not in any way imply that the manufacturer will provide a refund, exchange or warranty claim.
International Orders
- Allow 4-20 business days for international deliveries depending on shipping method selected at checkout
- Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), import consumption taxes, or custom brokerage fees
- You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise
- Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT
- All items must be in stock before shipping
- Gas-powered products, such as the Co2 Beer Tap, may not be shipped internationally.
- All first-time international orders must ship to the billing address used on the order
